1. Use the School diary as a means of communication with the class teacher and check the diary for Home Work and the teacher's remarks, if any. |

2. Sign the test copies/papers as and when sent home. Collect the Progress Report from the class teacher personally. |

3. Ensure that your ward comes to school in proper uniform with polished shoes, trimmed hair and clean nails. |
|
4. Students should be regular in attendance. Application for leave must be countersignedby the parenti guardian and submitted a day in advance. |

5. Ensure that you fill up absence records of your ward in student's diary. |
|
6. Ensure that you have received the printed receipt of the school fees for the deposited amount. Non-issuance of the proper receipt must be reported immediately. |

7. Ensure the regularity of payment of school fees. Late payment of school fees attract fine. |
|
8. Send your wards regularly and punctually to school. No absence will be permitted without a leave application signed by the parent/guardian and late comers will net be allowed to sit in the class. |

9. Both the parents must attend the parent- Teacher Meet. |
|
10. Please pay the fees as per schedule. |
|
11. Intimate the school in case of change in address and telephone number. |
|
12. Help in the developmental work of the school whenever necessary. |
